# Step-by-step guide for $EMYC Staking Portal

You can now stake your $EMYC tokens on the $EMYC staking portal in just a few easy steps to earn an attractive APR. Follow these steps to stake your $EMYC and let them earn for you  

1. Go to [dashboard.emoney.io](http://dashboard.emoney.io) and select $EMYC Staking or go directly to [staking.emoney.io](http://staking.emoney.io).

2. Click the “Connect Wallet” button. A list of supported Web3 wallets will appear on the screen. Select the wallet in  which you hold your $EMYC tokens from the list to connect it to the portal.&#x20;

3. Once the wallet is connected to the portal, click on “Create Lock”.&#x20;

4. After creating a lock for your $EMYC staking, enter the number of tokens you wish to stake on the staking form.&#x20;

5. Now, choose the duration for which you want to stake your $EMYC by sliding the bar on “Lock Duration”. The APR on your stake will keep changing as you keep sliding the bar. The longer you stake your tokens for, the higher the APR on your stake. You will also be able to see the exact date till which your tokens will be locked in the staking pool.&#x20;

6. Recheck all the details of your stake, and click on “Approve”.&#x20;

7. Recheck the details of your stake, and then click on “Stake”.&#x20;

8. Once the staking process is complete, you will see a success message on the screen highlighting the details of your staked $EMYC.&#x20;

9. If you would like to view the details of your staked $EMYC, you simply have to click the “Manage” button on the portal.&#x20;

10. You can also lock more $EMYC in the staking pool by clicking on the “Lock More” tab on the portal. Enter the number of $EMYC tokens you wish to add to your stake and click on “Lock More”.&#x20;

11. If you wish to extend the duration of your stake, you can do so by clicking on the “Extend” tab on the portal. By sliding the bar on “Lock Duration”, you can choose for how much more time you wish to stake your $EMYC. Kindly note that increasing the lock duration will also increase the APR on your stake.&#x20;
